The foundation does not accept unsolicited proposals for funding, but we DO want to be sure that we are aware of programs that maximize the potential of children and youth in Santa Clara and Los Angeles Counties.

If you are a grantseeker, we encourage you to review our Eligibility guidelines, Mission and Values, and Recent Grants list.

• If you have NEVER received foundation funding, you may introduce your program to us via an online Letter of Introduction, by clicking the button below. The foundation uses this database when issuing invitations to submit a proposal, and we will contact you if we have an open RFP (Request for Proposals) that might be a good fit for your organization.
• If you are a CURRENT or FORMER Fox Grantee, you may provide informal updates to us via email, at any time. We especially encourage you to let us know if you are expanding, replicating, evaluating and validating, or collaboratively sharing programs that work, or if there are opportunities where the foundation can provide technical assistance to you in our areas of expertise.

We review all letters of introduction and email updates on a rolling basis, year round, for possible partnership opportunities now and in the future.

This sample form will help you prepare your letter of introduction, and then cut and paste your responses into the online form when you are ready. Submissions will generate an email confirmation of receipt. Some, but not all, submissions may be followed up with a personal reply, and/or request for additional information, site visit, and proposal.

Our letter of introduction is not a formal proposal for funding, so please do not consider this a 'pending' grant request. This is intended to be a simple and quick way to let the foundation know about the work you are doing.
